4. 劳动安(an)全(quan)卫生

劳动部于(yu)1988年以(yi)第(di)48号文颁发(fa)《关于(yu)生产(chan)(chan)性(xing)建筑工程项目(mu)(mu)职业(ye)安(an)全(quan)卫生监察(cha)的暂定规(gui)定》,规(gui)定中(zhong)(zhong)要求贯(guan)彻“安(an)全(quan)第(di)一,预(yu)防为主”的方(fang)针。在(zai)本项目(mu)(mu)的施(shi)工过(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)有可能会涉及到高空作(zuo)业(ye)、振动、噪声、机械损伤(shang)等危险性(xing)作(zuo)业(ye),对人体健(jian)康(kang)造成(cheng)危险,因此在(zai)施(shi)工过(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)必(bi)须(xu)采取措施(shi)以(yi)保证(zheng)安(an)全(quan)生产(chan)(chan)。

施(shi)工阶段安全措施(shi)包括施(shi)工安全措施(shi)、工作人(ren)员的人(ren)身保护等。在施(shi)工阶段应(ying)制定切实可行的安全措施(shi),重点(dian)做好如开挖、起(qi)吊(diao)、脚手架、电气、高空等作业的安全防护工作。

设立现(xian)场电气作业守则,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)现(xian)场行动申报制度,对(dui)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)现(xian)场四(si)周道路旁侧专用(yong)(yong)消防(fang)(fang)龙头位(wei)置(zhi)清楚,进(jin)入工(gong)(gong)地(di)道路保(bao)持畅通,宽(kuan)度不(bu)小于4m。设置(zhi)临时消防(fang)(fang)供水专用(yong)(yong)管,消防(fang)(fang)栏配备相应消防(fang)(fang)带,以备应急。做好防(fang)(fang)火巡查,消灭事故隐患。施(shi)工(gong)(gong)人员在进(jin)入施(shi)工(gong)(gong)现(xian)场时,必须配备基本的(de)防(fang)(fang)护用(yong)(yong)具,所(suo)有的(de)劳(lao)动防(fang)(fang)护用(yong)(yong)品必须经(jing)过(guo)国家质量(liang)检验(yan)。

5. 项目(mu)实施计划和进度(du)

结(jie)合用(yong)户的(de)工(gong)程(cheng)计划及建设程(cheng)序,买球软件 华公司按照(zhao)项目(mu)立项——前(qian)期(qi)准(zhun)备(手续办理)——工(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)——竣工(gong)验(yan)收——交付(fu)使用(yong)的(de)建设周期(qi),项目(mu)的(de)具(ju)体进度安排(pai)计划按照(zhao)(项(xiang)目(mu)实际进度计(ji)划表)执行。

6. 运营与维护
